Support services

Atlantic Link provides ongoing support, typically following a system implementation. Support centres around client specific applications, such as interfaces and custom reports which often cannot be supported by the system vendor, and may have been built as part of the implementation process.

This service is particularly well suited to organisations (especially Hedge Funds) with limited IT departments and as a sample would cover:
